The "Rebecq Ladies Trophy is an international tournament for the world tennis jong ladies hope. It was created in 1988. It is one of the seldom professional circuit Belgian competition, and the main Wallonian tournament, as in importance and in lenght of existence since it is his XXIInd edition .
During the tournament, the players may win WTA points, allowing them to ameliorate their worldwide classification. For a lot of them, it is a way to store their first points.

Until now, not less than 15 players having participated in the Rebecq Ladies Trophy set up one day in worldwide top 100: Justine HENIN (BEL), Sarah Pitkowski (FRA), Yanina Wickmayer (BEL), Sabine Appelmans (BEL), Irena Spirlea (ROM), Laurence Courtois (BEL), Nancy Feber (BEL), Stéphanie Deville (BEL), Els Callens (BEL), Kim Clijsters (BEL), Ruxandra Dragomir (ROM), Anna Kournikova (RUS), Elena Makarova (CEI), Dominique Monami (BEL), Elena Likhovtseva (CEI), Nathalie Dechy (FRA), Amélie Mauresmo (FRA), Mariana DiazOliva (ARG).

This tournament is supported financially , for several years, by the Communal Administration of Rebecq and the Ministry of Sports of theBelgium French Community .
